A. Ky Hamilton

I’m Acire “Ky” Hamilton, a passionate and driven sports reporter whose perspective is shaped by two worlds that demand precision, discipline, and heart: competitive media and military service.  

As a current student at Louisiana State University, I’m fully immersed in the pulse of college athletics. My sports news reporting is featured on LSU Tiger TV, where I cover the top stories that matter most to the Tiger community — from standout athletes and game-changing plays to the deeper narratives that define LSU. I also serve as a co-host and key contributor on the KLSU Football Tailgate Show, bringing fans real-time insights, analysis, and energy straight from the electric atmosphere of Tiger Stadium.  

Outside the studio and off the sidelines, I proudly serve in the Louisiana Army National Guard. That commitment fuels the discipline, resilience, and attention to detail that I bring to every assignment. Whether I’m interviewing a player, breaking down a matchup, or chasing a developing story, I approach my work with the same dedication I bring to my service.
